This has been a momentous year for The Rock, with the celebration of our 10th anniversary and the expansion of our reach through the acquisition of AM 930 and FM 100.3. But, as we close out 2025, we are moving – both in cyberspace and in office space. Visitors to our website can now find us at RockCatholicRadio.com. If you continue to visit am1260therock.com, you’ll simply be automatically redirected to the new address.
Please consider bookmarking the new URL, although the old web address will redirect you to the new page. All the content you enjoy is still there, from the live stream of our broadcast to the event calendar to all your favorite prayers and devotionals.
We are physically moving as well! As of January 1, our office and studio will be located next door, at 155 Ken Mar Industrial Parkway. The layout is more spacious than our current location, and will allow us to have a dedicated chapel/prayer space, meeting room and kitchen. For the same rent, we couldn’t pass up the opportunity! We hope you’ll stop by for a visit in the new year!

September 2025 On-Air Prayers
Every month, you’ll hear special prayers read during breaks on AM 1260 The Rock. Here are September’s prayers:
Prayer to St. Joseph the Worker
Glorious St. Joseph, model of all those who are devoted to labor, obtain for me the grace to work conscientiously, putting the call of duty above my many sins, to work with thankfulness and joy, considering it an honor to employ and develop by means of labor the gifts received from God, to work with order, peace, prudence and patience, never surrendering to weariness or difficulties, to work, above all, with purity of intention and with detachment from self, having always death before my eyes and the account which I must render of time lost, of talents wasted, of good omitted, of vain complacency in success so fatal to the work of God.
All for Jesus, all for Mary, all after thy example, O Patriarch Joseph. Such shall be my motto in life and death.
Amen.
A Farmer’s Prayer to St. Joseph
O glorious St. Joseph, foster father of Jesus, you did provide for the Holy Family. We commit to your protection all our crops and farm industries. Dane, we beseech you to intercede in our behalf with Almighty God, who rules the seasons so that our fields being safe from pests and favored by the weather may yield abundant crops that will allow us to supply the wants of life.
Thus freed from earthly worries, may we, after your example, apply all our thoughts to eternal life. We beseech you to instill a love of the land into the hearts of our youth for their own salvation and that of Christian unity so that we may all share hereafter in the same blissful life you enjoy in Heaven.
Amen.
