Mary Ann Meitin, Executive Director
Mary Ann joined The Rock team in March 2025 as Executive Director, having been a listener and supporter since the station was founded. She comes to us with over 30 years’ non-profit management experience, most recently serving as Executive Director at Womankind Prenatal & Maternal Care Center in Garfield Heights.
A native Clevelander, Mary Ann grew up in the Tremont neighborhood, attending St. John Cantius School and Parish. After graduating from Holy Name High School, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication degree from Bowling Green State University. She and three of her four children live in Independence with their two rescue dogs. She is an active member of Mary Queen of Peace Parish.

Leo Burkardt – Special Projects / Founding Board Member
Leo Burkardt is one of the founding members of AM1260 The Rock. He graduated from the University of Dayton in 1967 with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree and worked at NASA in Cleveland in various capacities for 41 years. He and his late wife Nancy have one son and two granddaughters. He has a passion for Catholic Radio and works on special projects at AM 1260 The Rock.

Dan Deely – Production Manager
Dan is a native of Louisville, Ky, but moved here in 1984 to co host a morning radio show (at Majic 105.7) and has been here ever since! Over the years Dan has been a steady presence on the air at several different radio stations around Northeast Ohio and even spent about 12 years as a weekend weatherman on a couple of TV stations.
Dan is thrilled to be able to use his 40 plus years of broadcast experience to further the Gospel and the message of The Church on AM 1260 The Rock. Dan and his wife Mary Jo have lived in Independence since 1990 and are members of St. Michael Church.

Trish Shaw – Accounting Coordinator
Trish Shaw joined Am 1260 the Rock in August of 2020 as the Accounting Coordinator. Trish has a background in Nutrition with a BS from the University of Pittsburgh. She spent many years as a manager and several years managing financials in a Food and Nutrition Department in hospitals. She spent the last 5 years with the Augustine Institute helping parishes with resources through contacts with specialists.
Trish, her husband Marty and daughter Gabbi are active members of Saint Ambrose Parish in Brunswick where they also reside. Trish loves her Catholic Faith and attends Daily mass and adoration when possible. She also facilitates various studies. Trish is the leader of the Culture of Life Committee, Board Member and Communications Officer with Medina County Right to Life and a 40 Days for Life Captain. Trish is looking forward to working at AM 1260 the Rock and serving in any way needed.

Margaret Maier – Community Outreach Coordinator
Margaret Maier graduated from Hillsdale College in 2024 with her BA in English. She spent the next year as a Seton Teaching Fellow (a missionary program) in the Bronx. serving as an administrative assistant at a charter school in University Heights. She married her husband, John, in July of 2025, and moved to Cleveland that August.
Although a Chicago native, Margaret has enjoyed exploring Cleveland with her husband. She is very excited to have the opportunity to use her communications experience to help spread the Gospel in the greater Cleveland area. Margaret loves attending Mass at St. Stephen, and is hoping to continue to build community in her new home and parish.
