St. Augustine Health Campus Tee Off for Compassion Charity Golf Outing
The annual golf outing brings together community members, businesses and friends for a day of golf, fellowship, dinner and raffles-all in support of compassionate care for older adults, skilled nursing residents with complex medical needs, hospice patients and families.

18 holes of golf with a cart, coffee & donuts/lunch, on-course beverages, and a post-play dinner with awards.
We will play a best ball format with a shotgun start at 9:30. Awards will be given for top teams, closest to the pin, and longest drive. We’ll have additional games, hole-in-one contests, and challenges at many of the holes as well. We will play rain or shine!
Raffle tickets will be sold online and at the golf outing for an opportunity to win some great prizes. Check back often for newly added prizes.
Non-golfers are invited to join us for a delicious clambake or steak dinner provided by Gunselman’s at approx. 3pm. (reservations required).

Many of those we serve are living with limited resources, serious illness, advanced age, disability, or care needs that go beyond what insurance or Medicaid fully covers. Proceeds from this event help provide the dignity, care, comfort, and services they deserve.

A sponsorship or raffle donation, gather some colleagues for golf or grab some friends and join us for the clambake – whatever you can do, it will be most appreciated. 100% of all proceeds will directly benefit the residents and patients of St. Augustine Health Campus and Holy Family Hospice.
