Power of Ignatian Prayer

As a parent, grandparent, coach, or teacher, you have likely wondered how you can reach out to your kids about the importance of an interior life in a world of technology that seeks to rapidly drag them from one thing to the next. Notre Dame student and Theology and Neuroscience major Owen Leneghan has researched the affects of screens on the brain, and has come to the conclusion that Ignatian Spirituality can be an effective agent in mitigating the effects of screens, as well as providing a new lens with which to live life.
