Good Friday Evening Liturgy of the Lord’s Passion

Please join us for the Good Friday liturgy, celebrated at 7:00 p.m. on April 3. We are mindful that work schedules often do not allow attendance in the afternoon. This liturgy includes readings, the sung Passion of St. John, composed by William Byrd, solemn intercessions for the whole world, Adoration of the Cross, and Holy Communion. A cappella chants and hymns in several languages draw us into the suffering and death of Jesus, as we prepare to rejoice in his resurrection. Nativity Church is located on the corner of Lexington Ave. and 15th Street, Lorain. Ample parking is available in the lot off 14th Street.
