The First Friday Club of Greater Akron is happy to announce that Our November 2025 luncheon will feature
David Eich

David Eich is a retired health care executive and author or eight books including, “Happiness, Only in the Next: 7 Choices for Eternal Life.” He and his wife, Cindy, have three children and nine grandchildren.
Quo Vadis—“Where are you going?”
The foundational driver behind the Quo Vadis experience is based on the belief that the encounters we have, coupled with the choices we make, will determine where we’re going in this world and the next.
David will share what he learned from his personal faculty to include: a teenager whose freedom to smile in the face of death gives new meaning to forbearance; the man with no face who visually shared what is, and what is not, a bad day; the 10-year-old who correctly identified the “7” wonders of the world; the “Eureka” girl who refused to provide her last name, address, or phone number, to her future husband; the Peace Corps volunteer who found God among two little girls in Gabon, Africa; and a strangers “haunting” invitation in a chapel.
