DESCRIPTION:The annual golf outing brings together community members\, businesses and friends for a day of golf\, fellowship\, dinner and raffles-all in support of compassionate care for older adults\, skilled nursing residents with complex medical needs\, hospice patients and families. \n  \nCLICK HERE TO REGISTER \n  \nLegacy at Sweetbriar Golf Club\, Avon Lake\, OH \nMonday\, September 14\, 2026 \n18 holes of golf with a cart\, coffee & donuts/lunch\, on-course beverages\, and a post-play dinner with awards. \nWe will play a best ball format with a shotgun start at 9:30.
